Our real estate agent mark was very good for the most part but there would be times where we wouldn’t be able too reach him or get direct answers. But in the end mark did a great job and there was only very minimal hick-ups. Our first agent was not willing too work with us at all ans would tell us that we couldn’t afford anything. But once we switched too mark he was on it. Thank you!

Andrea was an unbelievably proactive agent, going above and beyond the contents of her job description. She put in countless additional hours into doing video home tours, speaking with the selling agent, answering whatever questions I had, and making sure that all of the behind-the-scenes work of closing was done properly. Because of her, my homebuying experience was very autonomous and hands-off - all I needed to do was pick a house, pay whatever fees came with it, and sign a few papers. She took care of the rest. Would recommend her 11/10 times to anybody who is looking for an agent in the coastal North Carolina area.
