Cathy Tenison is a wonderful and caring person. Although at times she comes off as a bit disorganized, she was still able to help negotiate issues with the sellers. I do wish that she was more consistent with following up with information, and passing information on (which granted improved the longer I worked with her).

Very helpful as far as paperwork goes and getting things signed. Not very present through out the process. Was late to the closing table. However her mother isn’t doing well so I totally understand

Not very hands on nor informative. I am still waiting on the extra keys and garage door opener from the selling agent, should have been handled with my real estate agent.

Danny was and is everything a buyer wants from a realtor. Very knowledgeable, always fighting for me to get me a fair deal and very communicative. If you want a realtor in the valley area of LA please do yourself a favor and ask for this guy.
