Our agent was great early on in the process of searching for a home but when it came time to start putting in offers and working more towards an end state we less than impressed. We had to reach out to the loan team or the sellers agent to get answers. The agent also made a mistake of putting us under contract on the wrong address.

Colin Sparks. If you have clients moving to the Colorado Springs to Denver area, hand them directly to this gentlemen. It almost felt like he was my second brain that could and would handle every single point of negotiating and facilitating with listing agents so I didn't have to do a thing. He just pointed me at what I needed to do and we just rolled from there. I also genuinely consider this man a personal friend because of his kindness to me throughout the process. I don't say this lightly, but I could not recommend Colin enough. I'd give him a 20/10 if I could.

She made herself available to me via any method of my choice - email, business phone or cell phone, which I appreciated and took advantage of. My first experience buying a house and I’m glad Helen was my real estate agent.

Laura helped answer all my questions, was completely honest, and was always going out of her way to help simple ol me. She helped correct my mistakes and made the house searching process flawless, would highly recommend and would certainly go to her in the future.

Eric Davenport was my realtor. Eric was great!! He always called and let me know when a house came on the market in which he thought I might be interested in. Very professional and knowledgeable about the housing market. I’ve already recommended him to my son. I was very pleased to have been able to work with him.

Latonia Parks. She is friendly, polite, helpful. In short, she is the best realtor ever!
She kept in reach to answer anything big or small questions, went beyond including weekends to help close my home in short period of time. I thought I would be living in streets due to short PCS period given from AIT to first duty.

Kimberly Kenton is the best! If you need someone to be with you in your corner fighting for you. Call Kimberly a Golden Glove champion that will not take a dive, and if she has to go down, she goes down swinging and in our case came up with the Championship belt. We love you Kim!!!
