Rich was ok but he definitely missed some things in the walk through and being as we were not present for any of the walk through and buying this house from another state. There were a lot of stones unturned and things that we would have asked be fixed before taking ownership of the home so it just left a lot to be desired because all we got from him was no it looks great when in reality it wasn’t that great and needed cleaning and many other things done to the house that the previous owners definitely left out of the contract smh at this one will not recommend or use their service again.

Her home inspector recommendation was incredibly thorough and professional.
