The BEST realtor, to work with!!!! She is dedicated to her craft. Her work with active duty and veterans is unbelievable. Tabitha knows the latest and greatest of the VA home loan process. She should use what to look for and pointed out what will and will not be approved by VA, so not to get our hopes up. Very straight forward, and informative. We communicated by text, so there was no miscommunication on either end. Answer questions provided her expertise on the area, and the market. We gave her a list of what we wanted, and it was found.
The viewing of properties was informative, and she should us what to look for certain things in property, to make a judgement call on making an offer. Something we would not have thought of or considered. that we would have never taken under consideration. I recommend her as a go to agent for North Fl, South Alabama area.

He was very courteous and friendly. He was prompt at setting up appointments to view a house. He was also thorough when going over a house to look for it's assets or any possible problems.

Our suggested realtor was a joke. She didn’t do much when it came to finding houses. We actually found our house by driving by. In this market you have to be quick to see the house or you miss out. Once we put in an offer she seemed to work more for the seller than us. She tried to get us to leave VU for a different loan company, requesting we use her friend that is a loan officer. She stepped on our toes, assumed decision for us, and was very pushy. Lastly at closing she appeared to only be there to make sure the wire came through so she could get paid…. We were shocked such an amazing company would recommend her. All in all we were able to buy the house so it was a success, just not the best journey.

Shirley, was OUTSTANDING. I'm glad you paired my wife and I with her.
The Jamestown realtor Glenda just kept putting us off saying she was to busy and would not get back with us.
Shirley answered all of our questions, always answered her phone n texts. Is very professional and a Team player. She always kept us posted and u to date.

Michelle Hudson was great at working with me and at times especially in later loan procrss at going over things so i would understand them and what the loan team was asking for, which at times she didnt even understand.
