Our real estate agent always felt he had one million things to do. His priorities were set to his and not ours. When we had questions it sometimes took days and that was if he answered back because most of the time he did not. Very frustrating a lot of the times. I believe that if you choose a job and getting paid good money for it, it’s no one’s fault if you do not like it. Then get another job. Not a good attitude and not professional. Would not recommend.

I made his life easy, he didn’t even come to closing or send anyone to closing.

After having no luck with the first realtor I was provided, Veterans United turned me over to Kurt Kraus who was nothing short of a godsend. Kurt worked tirelessly to locate and help us secure our home and after many failed attempts in an extremely competitive market Kurt was crucial in helping us to find our house in a great neighborhood and wonderful area. He was our go to guy in just about every aspect and he never disappointed. His extensive experience and knowledge base was both helpful and comforting. I would recommend him to anybody in the area who needs a top tier realtor.

Veterans United immediately put us in contact with Lisa Taylor, who we worked with for purchasing our new house and will continue working with for selling our other house. Lisa immediately was on the phone and was polite and friendly and went over everything with us. She made it a point to come meet us in person and it has been an absolute pleasure working with her. We don't know what we would do without her. She has become more than our real estate agent, she's become our friend and we're thankful for her!

Grisel was amazing she guided us through every process with ease. She knew what was good, bad, and what to look out for. Always one step ahead in the house hunting process. She was fast to responding and getting paperwork done. She made sure that we would not get blindsided by any problems at all times, and solved problems very quick. I would recommend her for anyone who plans to buy a house because of how well she helped us.

Keith was an amazing real estate agent. He was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about the home buying process. He helped us out any time and any day that we needed something and was always ready and willing to drive the 30 minutes to Canyon to open the door for us. We couldn't ask for a better agent.

Jenny was great to work with, and helped us out a lot with any and all questions. She also was flexible with us being out of state during the house search. She set up virtual tours and worked with nearby family members which was very helpful!

April was fantastic. She pointed out area's where Aaron screwed us over; since she has worked with Veteran's United before, she knew the typical breaks afforded to veterans. That was not the case with me.
