We don’t feel that she did the best job she could. For every house we went to see she didn’t have any information on the house, looked up the mls, zillow and Redfin when asked questions about the properties(which we could do ourselves). We don’t feel that she tried to negotiate any type of credits for us in regards to closing costs and she was constantly contacting (every other day) our realtor who was selling our home in another state, until we asked her to stop. Her communication with us consisted of setting up an automated mls listing to be sent daily to our email. When One of us was actually in MN and able to see homes-it was always adjusted to her schedule even though I was only in town for a week. So for two days I wasn’t shown anything. We just don’t feel that she was invested in us as much as she should have been. We would not recommend her to anyone.

Our real estar agent was good in the beginning but once we were under contract there was not much involvement on their end. We only received updates if we reached out first.

Jace and her husband Brian are amazing.
It took about 7 months for us to close on a home. Between our budget and the current market, there were a lot of 'almost' houses before we found our home. They were our personal cheerleaders! Never wavering or pushing us to just pick a house, they wanted us to find 'the one'. Because of their patience we were able to be patient, and not get disheartened!

Our realtor, Linda Beauchamp has been such a blessing. She was always available and able to answer all our questions.
Because she was able to be the "boots on the ground" we were able make our final decision based on all available properties.
