As first-time home buyers, Jason was amazing. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the housing market and the DMV area. With the crazy market and using a VA loan we thought it would be impossible to get someone to accept our offer. Surprisingly Jason's negotiation skills beat out several other strong offers. Jason was also crazy fast in getting us virtual showings (we currently live in Hawaii, so it was not feasible to do in-person showings). It seemed like Jason was up all hours of the night with how fast he responded at the worst hours. Jason also made closing super smooth. Even with the typical appraisal hiccup you see with VA loans we were able to close 22 days after putting in our offer. I can't even express how lucky we were to come across him! In total- 25 days, 2 offers and Jason had us into our first home!

Pam is the BEST! She went above and beyond to help us find a house while we were out of state. She did virtual tours at various times of the day and helped with insight about the neighborhoods, local businesses, and referrals for lots of great things to do after we get settled.
