John Rainey was phenomenal!! The best real estate agent we have ever worked with!! He went above and beyond to find us a home. Extremely professional, great communication. He set aside an entire weekend to focus on us as we were moving from across the country. John Rainey was always available to assist with questions or concerns. I gave Tiffiney Graham a 10 only because there was no option to give her a 20. She was absolutely amazing from the start as well. She always made herself available to show houses or answer questions. If she was not available, she sent her identical twin sister to help out, so it was almost like she was there even when she wasn't. Thanks again Tiffiney. You're the best.

Charles kept me in the loop at all times, let me know what was going on, and resolved any issues that came up within hours. Charles is outstanding at his job. He pulled everything in the region I was looking in and even those in other regions under other people. When we finally picked our house Charles got our offer accepted within 24 hours.
