Overall, Savannah was great. But with the fast pace of this buying process we did have to remind her of certain things throughout the process to ensure we stayed on track and had all of the information we needed. With the market at the time things had to be done in the moment. While we understood we were not her only client, it was frustrating at times. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and we couldn’t be happier with our home.

I will never work with him again. Constant blaming game throughout the process. I wasn’t expecting the home buying process to be without flaws, but I did not even want the home by closing time. Agent did not schedule a final walk through. I asked him to meet me at the home the day of closing. Too many communication issues between all parties.

Ginger Atcheson was unethical. I have texts and emails to prove it. She provided false information that was used to negotiate the purchasing contract. I am retaining legal counsel for a possible tort of negligence.

Ms. Nancy Arnault may very well be the mother Teresa of realtors. Definitely the hardest working woman in the business. She worked round the clock catering to basically my every question, want, need, and desire. She’s amazing. She was in essence like a mother who wanted the best for her son. That’s how she made me feel and I appreciate all the work that she has done for me and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home or property.

Dee was a great asset to us in our search for a home. Her years of experience and effective strategic maneuvers helped ensure we purchased the home of our dreams at the right price. I cannot stress how great it was to have an agent who took the time to know our needs and suggest houses to see.
