Rob Tune is the man he walk me through everyhing only spent about hr in person total from signing initial paperwork and payment to title company everything else was done 500 miles away online even closed online and used my bank notary I printed everything last fri wired money notarized paperwork and I overnighted FEDEX they got everything Mon. Katie was always on her game looking at multiple houses a day for my husband and I. We were buying from a different state but that didn’t phase Katie at all!
