Amanda was a wonderful agent. Though I did have a couple of issues with property suggestions; as she kept showing, suggesting properties that were out of my budget. I feel this was mostly due to some confusion as I was approved for quite a bit more than what I could actually afford. I also ran into an issue (because of where I live) that she is limited by the real estate laws in my state as to areas that she can access properties. The realtors here will not overlap areas and listings. The greatest issue which I ran into is that I am "poor" and work for a living. People with cash and time on their hands would come in and buy up properties before I could even get the chance or time to even look at them.

My agent started off really good but I do not feel she was on our side and did not communicate good at all.i would not recommend anyone to her.
