Paperwork was slow getting out causing things to be delayed. Didn’t help that she was 3 hours away. Might have been better if she was local

My selling agent (Adam Wade) is absolutely one of the most marvelous human beings I have ever met. As an agent, he got my property exquisitely photographed and promoted in a matter of hours. This brought a slew of offers on the very first day. It took him all of five hours to secure an offer that provided a perfect win/win situation for both buyer and seller. His agency and personal class brought higher caliber buyers to the open house, people i’d never see had I settled on a less professional option. Every agent should try to qualify for VU certification. I for one will never buy or sell a home without Veterans United approved agents.Kevin Thomas was my buyers agent. Due to the pandemic, we never met before closing. From our very first phone conversation, it was obvious that Kevin was genuinely nice and ready to get us into our new home. He attended to every request immediately. He even helped find some small contractors to do some fencing and screening projects once we closed. Fabulous job. Fabulous results.

Mike has been my right hand in the entire process. He understood what I was searching for and the price range in which I had to purchase a home. He showed me every house that I wanted to see or was remotely interested and I always felt like I had a friend that wouldn't hide information in order to get the sale. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for and was able to find the house that not only exceeded our expectations, but also at an unbeatable price. I trusted him and he delivered a slam dunk! I have already recommended him and the team to friends and I know he is someone I can count on when it comes to this process. He was always available and made us feel like we were his top priority.

Rebecca Cole was also outstanding through the entire process. I was in a position where I couldn't see the house in person and she made time to do a virtual walk through with me and another in person walk through with my uncle, who was able to go look at it for me. She answered every question and was always available. I know she worked hard for me, and if I end up having to sell the house before she retires I will absolutely give her a call.

My Real Estate Agent, Charles, started out as a stranger, but by the end of this journey, he is a Friend.
He has been such a help- not only in finding a home, but for the VA process, and his wealth of knowledge about houses in general.
I could not have done this without his great attitude, sense of humor, and his huge knowledge base.
I truly felt like I made a Friend and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

The veteran united concierge services referred my real estate agent Daniel Lorch and he was a constant professional. He was always a phone call away and very forthcoming with information. Also, we did not know the area, but he helped us customize a plan for my family. His advice, being accessible and explanation of things helped with our choice of our current home.
