I was very disappointed in my real estate agent. I would not recommend him to anyone and he definitely was not an advocate for me. I had to talk to Shawn and Erin if I needed any updates because he never had a solid answer to any questions I had and would choose to tell me what he thought would get me off the phone rather than be upfront with me. There was an issue with some repairs that the appraiser said had to be addressed on the house before we could close on the house. I told him I did not want this little repair to hinder the deal and I offered to help fix the issues and even pay for the repairs if need be but instead he just ignored my requests. He told us 3 separate times that the repairs were done when indeed they had not. I had to cancel a work trip due to his lack of interest to ensure this deal did not fall through.

He’s been by far one of the best realtor we’ve ever worked with. He was very patient and informative when we were looking at houses. We saw all the houses we choose no matter how far apart they were. Through our purchase process he kept an open line of communication and was always available for to take our call or text message. We 100% recommend him to everyone in the DFW area.
