My realtor was a godsend!! From the moment she was assigned to me, she immediately reached out and got to work. She was flexible about my needs and worked with my crazy work schedule. She went above and beyond her job requirements to keep the deal and closing timeline within striking distance. She worked with the seller's agent to ensure I received all appropriate credits and discounts to drastically decrease my closing costs. She went out of her way to provide documents to the loan team to prevent any delays in closing on behalf of me. Lastly, and most importantly, she called me to provide updates and answer any questions during the entire process. She walked me through every step on the process from start to finish and explained what every document meant before I signed it off. I would definitely recommend her to any other people I know.

David Zalutko is honest and professional, very personable, and really easy to work with. He went out of his way to get us video footage of the property, handled the entire inspection process for us, and got us the house we wanted by working with the seller's agent on our behalf since we were purchasing from out of state. I would highly recommend his services to anyone on the space coast looking to purchase/sale a new home or property. This is the guy I'm calling if we ever decide to sell our home, no lie!!!

Diana was phenomenal!! She took care of things right away. I told her I’m looking to buy this specific condo ASAP and she did not hesitate. She got right on it and booked an early showing the very next day. I truly believe I would not have been able to get the condo that I really want if it wasn’t for her. She had my best interest despite being a stranger to her. I lucked out on having her assigned to me right off the bat. I will forever be grateful!

As part of our network they came through always. Ms. Simonson was on vacation and still reached when we needed her. Thats people who make a company look good. They were bestest for us.

Erica was an excellent real estate agent. Alongside her husband, they were able to get me a great deal replacing my entire roofing which costs approximately $17K.
