Kevin was very friendly and easy to get along with, but was not proactive in communicating with us, did not have our interests in mind and seemed too busy to provide us decent service. We were unable to see multiple properties after expressing our interest in them because Kevin failed to schedule them before there was an offer in. Most of the properties we did see, his wife showed. He also took our concerns with the condition of the home's roof to a friend that he had in the industry to certify the roof instead of bringing the concern to the buyer's attention. We saw that as a potential conflict of interest which left us with no real resolution on the state of the roof. Though the roof was certified, there is no warranty. He also failed to secure invoices on any of the work that was completed, despite multiple requests, leaving us again without warranties on said work or even peace of mind that the work was completed to code by professionals. Lastly he failed to communicate to the seller our request concerning an appliance allowance until the day before closing, leaving us with very little bargaining power and a realtor who seemed unwilling to communicate our needs to the seller. As a result we were forced to settle for an offer significantly lower than what we deemed reasonable. Throughout the home buying experience, Kevin did not seem to have our best interest in mind and was either too busy, too absent minded or too lazy to do his job to the standard we expected from him.

The real estate agent Veterans United assigned to me was absolutely the reason why I followed through with buying a house. There was many many times where I got cold feet and she explained everything and helped me understand the fears that I had. She is a very straight forward person a real no B.S. kind of attitude but still made you feel like everything was under control. I will keep So Young’s number in my phone and only work with her in the future. Any person I talk to about real estate or buying a house will get her number. I wish there was a higher number to rate So Young as but there isn’t.So let’s say she gets a capitol TEN Plus

Don Perrin and his whole team is fantastic. Being buyers from out of town we truly appreciate his thorough and honest virtual showings. He and his team are quick in submitting our bids and getting them accepted, even working until past 10pm to submit an offer. We were able to close on a dream home in just a little over a month from when we started looking. We are very fortunate to have had him as our agent.
