Mary Baughman was a huge help viewing homes and made herself available at every point. She was very quick getting necessary paperwork to me through email to be signed, and she explained everything so I understood. Her knowledge of the realtor world came in handy several times, and it is thanks to her that I got a 12 month warranty on my home which was paid for by the seller.
