At first we had a few issues that we didn’t like and at times I felt a little rude and unprofessional in the beginning but overtime as we worked with our real estate agent she showed professionalism, and answered all of our questions to the best of her abilities and communicated well

Joseph Rochez was very helpful with walking me through the different steps of the home buying experience. In the future I’ll be sure to prepare much more so that my next home-buying experience has fewer obstacles.

Our realtor started off very enthusiastic and seemed like she was going to be extremely helpful in the process of buying our new home. Although, as time went on she was less and less helpful, there was a point where we started to ask Alice for many questions our realtor seemed to breeze over or not touch at all. It also seemed like she was using an automated system to email us houses to look at in the area because it started only sending us houses recently sold. Even the houses she personally sent through text messages and talked to us about were well out of our price range as well as our pre-approval price of $600,000. As well as, there was one time where she could not show up to one of the home showings and she sent her husband to meet with my wife because I was stationed in Florida and completely failed to tell her or warn her that she wasn’t going to be there, in turn my wife had to meet a complete stranger and had to call the realtor to confirm his story.

Response was lagging. Chose houses that didn't fit my parameters to look at. Tried pushing me to use "his" guys rather than people I vetted. Tried getting me to pay a retainer that I didn't agree to. Just overall a poor experience.

I cannot even begin to say as many great things as she deserves. She was very straight forward. Never once did it feel like she was trying to "sell" us a house. She was there to guide/help to buy the right house. We found the perfect house for my family and when things got sticky she worked magic and expertly handled each problem that came up. Her and the VU team were on constant communication so I barely had to lift a finger. Without her I would not have been able to find/ buy my home.

Miriam is a great Real Estate Agent, and was most certainly an integral member of the overall team. Miriam was really great about keeping me informed as she learned details of the deal, and made certain that I was properly informed throughout the entire process. Although there were a couple of instances where the lines of communication went silent, Miriam made the calls necessary to keep everyone on track and across the Finish line!

We could not have asked for a better agent than Jim Crews. Jim always seemed to be available when we needed him and being three and a half hours away from the market were were shopping in, we needed him quite often. Real estate postings do not always have the all the information you need and Jim was always there to get us the details...quickly! We wouldn't hesitate recommending Jim to anyone shopping in North Florida market.

I had Roger Whitesell. He is very wise and knowledgeable about the whole experience. He is very honest about anything that seems off or bad when viewing a home. On the flip side, he mentions the good things and quality as well. He never forces anything and acts like an actual real person, not a scripted robot salesman. Thank you, Roger!

Shari Carroll is apart of the family at this point. She sincerely cared about what property was the best fit for me and help me to achieve my homeownership goal. She is a God send and I would only hope that everyone would receive an agent like Mrs. Carroll when they go through the house buying process.
