So this one is a tough one. Kelly was "our" agent. I found most if not all the homes we toured after the first and only time we went out to 3 with Kelly. But Chennay Murphy is the wonderful person who helped us with getting into the homes. We spoke with Kelly 2 times during the whole thing and I will be calling her to sell the home I am in due to contract we signed. Chennay on the other hand checked in with us and kept us informed, she did 4 different contracts for us ( twice for the house we did get). And while we were closing on our home she made sure we got all the things done that the seller and their agent needed to do such as making sure repairs were done prior to closing. I can not say enough good things about Chennay without her calm guidance we would of gave up and looked for houses after the June date .

Gavin was awesome. As a Veteran, he knew how to get to the point and worked with us as we toured home after home in this market. He was with us every step of the way and knew the ins and outs of the market, neighborhoods, schools, local businesses, even down to which road gets busy on a Tuesday at 4. We couldn't be more impressed. We walked away from our work with Gavin with the feeling that we didn’t just gain an agent, we gained a friend
