The worst Real Estate Agent that I have ever interacted with. Once the contract was signed Kelly was to busy to answer any questions I needed a answer for. She helped the seller more than helping me as a buyer. After I was done signing she let me know about things that needed to be fixed on the house. She knew about this report on 5 April and did not tell me until 29 April the day I closed. Not very happy about the level of service I received from my agent.

Overall, our experience with Kim was positive. However, I felt that there were things that could've been done better. There were addendums that could've been more carefully written. There were things that weren't thoroughly documented. And I felt that there were communications that were missed. That said, she stuck with us for 9 months and got us to closing.

She was good but wasn’t really involved. After the purchase she just left the keys inside the home and didn’t take the time to show me how to use any of the home extras. Also after the purchase when I had issues with the home she just gave me the builders number to deal with it.

I felt that in the beginning Denise was helping me with my best interest in mind. However, when the building process kept getting delayed (original closing date AUG2021, actual closing APR2022) it felt that Denise has slowly disappeared. The day before closing there were some issues that needed to get settled so that I would not lose my locked in interest rate. It took quite some time to get ahold of Denise. Instead of taking care of the issue, it was put on me and I ended up having to making phone calls back and forth for hours. The day of closing, Denise was not at the lawyers office with me, which I initially didn’t think anything of, until several people told me their real estate agent was with them when they signed to close on their house.

Bobbie was extremely inconsistent. She repeatedly answered questions differently and was unreliable for accurate information. However, she did recently suffer a big loss losing her husband. I honestly wouldn’t recommend her to a friend.

For a first time home buyer in this market I wouldn’t want any other realtor besides Alex Perches. For over 6-7 months and over 20 declined offers, Alex still was upbeat every time we went back to the drawing board and was actually engaged in each showing unlike what I’ve witnessed sometimes. I will only mention his name whenever I hear some one in need of buying or selling a home . Even if my next home buying experience with Veterans United does not go well I won’t even care based from this experience alone. Whoever is above him should seriously reconsider him in a training position to pass on not just his knowledge, but his way with people to new realtors. As a new resident to Texas I feel welcomed!
