Eric was good at finding homes for us and very informative. He believes that the seller has all the power in the buying process. I think he needs some help in some areas but with the proper leadership he will be a even better Real Estate Agent. I don't know what all entails in his job description but he sold us a house so that has to account for something.

Unfortunately I was not as impressed with the real estate agent. The same sense of urgency was not displayed unless the time worked out for her very specific schedule. That just can't work in this market when a good option pops up. The response can't be, "it will be a couple of days before I am free to go look at it."

It started off rocky at first. Partly because of my personality and lack of trust in people. Vito knows what he is doing and honestly looked out for my family’s and my interest the entire way. He was able to negotiate way more in the deal than I ever expected especially in this market where we reside. I would definitely recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.

Carlos was great to work with. Not being in the same state made showings difficult, but Carlos made us feel like we were there during the video walk through. Very understanding to the things we needed. Even got in a shower to show us the size!
