Leticia went above and beyond with helping us. she made herself available to us at any time of day and tried her best to get everything she could get done to help us close and find the house that we wanted as fast as possible. she answered any questions she could and was even there to answer any questions unrelated. When things went wrong Leticia helped us through it and explained anything we did not understand or were unfamiliar with so we felt comfortable through the process. we could not and would not have closed without Leticias help.

Vivian was amazing to work with. She took the time to answer our questions and travel to possible new homes over an hour away, even on short notice. She worked very well with the Veterans United team to get all the paperwork and keep everyone informed. She has a very strong work ethic and was able to keep me updated throughout the process. Vivian is a truly caring and nice person that was as excited for us as we were for our first new home. Thank you Vivian for being so great to us.
