Worked very well with our Realist Agent Brandon Salveson-Krepline With Krepline & Associates Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. Brandon was always helpful and answered all our questions in a timely manner. Never had a question that he did not find the answer for us . Enjoyed working with him and would recommend him and his Real Estate Group.

Very knowledgeable about the areas in question, the process, and what we should look for. Worked late to always make sure our stuff was taken care of.Only critique is she was a little hesitant to let us choose houses we wanted to see and pushed us away from some houses I think we would have liked a lot.Then again, she pushed us away from some houses that would have been a mistake!

My agent made sure to use her extensive knowledge of the industry to inform us of what we needed to do. Even though there were some mistakes because she was outside of her area she made the most of it.

I would highly recommend Veteran's United recommending a different realtor. Mark was difficult to work with at times. I only used him as he was recommended by Veteran's United. Mark was difficult to communicate with and unresponsive at times. I repeatedly had to ask him about the results of offers sent and other details. To his credit, he was good about scheduling showings for homes when I asked and did show me multiple homes over the course of months. However, he repeatedly did not answer text messages or emails I sent with questions. I would not recommend or use him again.

Our real estate was a very poor choice and she needs to find a new hobby. We were a hobby to her. She reached out to us twice during the whole transaction. Didn’t show to our home inspection, walk through or closing as she was too busy. She was not on our side with the issues we had with the builder. If she had been doing her job we all would have known we were not closing on time. We were out of state the whole time and she was our eyes in the sky and she failed miserably. I will be filing complaints with the local and state realtors board. Please do not send any more veterans to her. While we were experienced many are not and need the help of a good agent. She lacked in every area.

I cannot give a higher grade or accolade to to anyone I’ve ever worked with. He sacrificed so much and pushed so hard to get us into the house we wanted. And succeeded! Bill and Evan are a great team and I feel so lucky to have been given the opportunity to work with Evan for the first time and hope to again if I ever need a house again.

Our real estate agent was phenomenal!!!!!! She went above and beyond for us and helped answer any questions she could. If she didn’t know the answer she found it. If We could give her a score of 100 we would! Sandy Fox is probably the best real estate agent we have ever met.

Saul was fantastic considering we were buying a home unseen in a market that we were marginally competitive in. He communicated exceptionally well, coordinated inspections and fixes, and helped us get into the house when we arrived. I would recommend him.
