Great and patient. He answered all my questions quickly. He did answer a few incorrectly, but I forgive him. I liked him, but wish I knew I wouldn’t have the flooring allowance from the sellers at the closing.

I didn't have a good experience with my Real Estate Agent. I think there could have been so many fewer pain points if this realtor did some initial research when I showed serious interest in the home. 1) The appraisal came back so far off the mark. If I knew how heavily appraisals rely on recent nearby sold houses we could have given a more realistic offer. Instead, I felt we were clueless or she did not communicate expectations on this matter. 2) She constantly miscommunicated via email and I had to ask her what the next steps were and status to get details out. At various times she either did not reply or replied with incorrect details. 3) I felt like I was fighting my own realtor at pushing offers. I understand the deal can be tight but I relied on her expertise I think we could have negotiated a lower price but even if we couldn't I felt like she was pushing their price because it's good enough.
4) She did not ever address the issues I had highlighted for her about concerns to the house.To sum it up, I would not recommend her services to any first time home buyer as you'll get treated like a number with mediocre attempts to show she worked for me.

I loved working with Jenna Nash. She is highly knowledgeable and was always quick to respond and provide information on availability of homes and local community details. Her combination of professionalism, personality and personal attention to my home buying needs made the experience wonderful! I could not of had a better home shopping experience and I would highly recommend her.

Cindy Piotrowski was amazing!!!!!! She was more than helpful, she went way over, above and beyond the call of duty. I wouldn’t dream of buying another home that Cindy wasn’t involved in. If anyone I know is looking to buy a home, Cindy is who I’m recommending, without a doubt!!!
