My agent started off good. It appeared that her focus changed once I was under contract. The home had several issues and she suggested I buy the home as is and make the repairs myself. She suggested that the seller was doing a lot to meet my expectation and I shouldn’t ask for any further repairs. She didn’t follow up with the seller to ensure the repairs were completed prior to the first closing date.

I only saw the guy one time, that was the initial welcome. His son showed me all the houses. The agent couldn't even fit me into his schedule for closing (in his own office). He has been helpful after closing with getting me connected with the seller regarding the heater which isn't working.

Kim, my Veterans United recommended agent, was absolutely wonderful. She knew the VA home loan process well and was always quick to reply when I had questions or wanted to tour a home. She, in addition to my loan team, really made this a painless process. She was always right there when I needed help with anything from home inspections to working with the legal team to negotiating on my behalf. I really couldn’t say enough good things about Kim.

My first agent through Veterans United was not good. After I got rid of her, they got me connected with Tracy Bailey through Keller Williams, who had everything on point and was ready to address my questions and concerns. She made me feel comfortable and was available to answer any questions I had.
