Mike Parkinson, in Utah, made the sale of my home smooth and pleasant. He made it happen fairly soon! Here in California, I couldn't have had a better real estate agent than Terri Brownfield! She truly knows her job well! She listened to our wishes and showed us several options with our needs in mind. She was always available, and I felt she went above and beyond her efforts in our home search. Terri and Scott connected well throughout the home search and sale process. I feel that Terri treated us like family and we think of her as a true friend! I would definitely ask for Terri's assitantance for my family and friends if the need arises. I have never in all of my home buying experiences ever met a more knowledgeable, and customer oriented realtor. Mary Nelson is by far the buyers best friend when it comes to a home purchase. Her knowledge of the area, schools and local community are exceptional!! Jan Allen is awesome! She knows the pros and cons of the housing market. Her attention to detail is impressive. She communicated often enough. There were times we were discouraged about buying a house not finding what we wanted. Jan brought her positivity in and kept us in high spirits until we found what we wanted. She is the best!
