He didn’t do his research in the beginning. He made a guess and caused me to offer $10,000 over asking price when I could have offered asking price or maybe less. Not happy about that.

Would say a house is under contract when it wasn’t just so she didn’t have to show it to us kept trying to get us in a priced house we didn’t want. Terrible with making us feel like she was here to help us always had some excuse about having to help a different customer we were always a back burner thought.
