Kristie was incredible!! She worked so hard to guide myself and my son through the process as I was 1300 miles away and faced with the daunting task of not only selling my property in Pennsylvania but also buying property here in Arkansas at the same time. She knew all the right questions to ask and was able to facilitate working with my son, a Searcy Arkansas resident, previewing properties in my price range and requested area. She was available whenever we needed to work around my son's work schedule and mine when I was actually able to be present in Arkansas to preview properties, if only for 2-3 days! Kristie was incredible!!! Couldn't have done it without her!

I could not rave enough how well my VA appointed real estate agent did. As a realtor myself, I've learned so much about the VA loan thru them and have now considered on getting my designation for VA Real Estate just off the faith of my real estate agent. He was very on top of every detail and I'm sure he can recite every document line by line if he needed to. That to me just shows how passionate he is about his profession/business and because of his attention to detail and immediate response, I felt I was the only homebuyer in the country during my time with him.

Scott was an excellent realtor and a perfect fit for me. We built a great relationship throughout the contract and up to the final closing. I would 100% recommend Scott to anybody that asks for a recommendation on a realtor. He was very responsive and recognized it was a new process to me and guided me every step of the way and went to bat for me when needed. I will utilize Scott as my realtor for as long as he is in the realty business!
