Julie,Is absolutely amazing she and the veterans unites team worked so hard to get us the house we wanted and to be able to close in the time the sellers asked for. Serita is very very nice. She is probably the reason we got in the house to see it, as well as ending up closing on it. In the beginning we felt like we weren't seeing enough houses with the market the way it was, seeing 1 or 2 houses over the weekend seemed like a waste of time when there were so many out there. We did end up having a conversation and she did a better job going forward. The main thing is we did feel like she could have done a better job at making sure we looked out for some things and making sure we were asking the right questions and making sure we requested certain things. As first time home buyers we made some assumptions about the condition of the home when we would move it. We thought it would have been cleaned, and all the junk and repair supplies and left over materials, etc would be removed before we moved in. As first time buyers we didn't know what to ask or what to expect. For the price we paid we should not have gotten stuck with the home being in the condition it was in. We have been cleaning every day since we moved in and are not even close to being done. The garage and back yard were full of discarded junk and old pieces of the home, trim , dressers, random wood and garbage etc. The back yard is also a mess. The house in general especially the bathrooms and kitchen were gross, it took 4 of us to get the appliances cleaned. While none of that is her fault, she was there and saw what it looked like when our offer was accepted, we assumed this would all be taken care of, we just wish she would have backed us up and helped us make that happen. Overall she was great and I would recommend her to friends and family.

I think in beginning she was great. But when process start I feel she had multiple client In the same loops as me. I feel she didn’t represent me as realtor standing for me. She represent the person that I was buying a house from more. She didn’t know what I want in sell of my house. She didn’t communicate with me. Thanks to my team they made it happen.

Both real estate agents we had where not very good. I had to do a lot of my own searching for houses and sometimes my questions where left unanswered or took a few days to answer them.

Connie Woods from Coldwell bankers real estate was instrumental in aiding, helping and finding our new home. Connie is not just an agent but we now call her a friend. She was there at all times when we had questions and needed her assistance with issues pertaining to our new home construction. She has the finger on the pulse of the area and Texas State regulations, and in such she was able to advise and answer questions at a moments notice. We highly recommend her to those who seek assistance with home and property ownership and sale.
