Overall the real estate team was helpful but the real estate agent seemed as confused as we were when we would be at the showings. She didn’t know much information about the listings. Some times we had to ask the same question multiple times as well as status updates.

Jacques and Jennifer were fantastic and we would choose them again. In a first time experience requiring more proactive explanation, Jennifer may not have been the perfect choice but she fielded questions well and was very diligent. Jacques was a delight

Tonya Harris was not very helpful we ended up finding the homes ourself and telling her to go look at them. Than she was very misleading about the size of the house and rooms

Rachel Jones is amazing to work with! She was incredibly patient with me as a first time homebuyer - especially with all my questions. Straight to the point, no funny business and tells you how it is. That's how it should be! My partner and I can't thank Rachel enough for working so hard and surpassing our expectations with how crazy the market is. We actually miss going house hunting with her! She made the whole experience fun even when we saw houses we didn't like. Rachel went above and beyond and we are blessed with a house that checked 90% of the boxes from our wish list. As a first time homebuyer, I didn't think that would happen. I definitely will be reaching out to her when I'm ready to buy a new one!
