Pleasant, friendly and helpful all around. However, real-time communication was difficult at times. Emails and texts went unanswered sometimes for >24 hours. Questions regarding contract paperwork were not answered to satisfaction. Her inadequate knowledge of this geographical area and housing market may have been a factor.
I would definitely hire her again for a purchase that she is more familiar with.

Put a gold star next to Tom Clusiau's name. As a first time homebuyer he eliminated all uncertainty I had throughput this process. He is clear and quick with communication. I would seek him out the next time I buy or sell real estate.
