Overall, he was great. There were times were he acted like cosmetic damage to the newly built house is just something were going to have to accept. Just wasn't that reassuring when it came to the walk through and putting things on the punch list. Other than that, he had great communication, answered all my questions and acted as a liaison between me and the builders which I appreciated.

Did a really good job at conducting my pre walk through on my behalf. I'm very grateful for his thoroughness, but he didn't show up for the final walk through or at closing.

Realtor was good. But there where times that communication could have been better. It eas frustrating at times to especially when I was told I was getting this or that fixed but then I don’t see it or they decided to change there mind telling me before when it’s too late.. communication could have been better. Felt some of the text came off abrasive and a little rude.

She always had other people showing us the houses because she was too busy for us I even asked one of her co workers if she had alot of clients because me and my wife wanted someone that was going to show us the ropes and be there every step of the way we saw her a total of two times through out the entire process I felt as though she thought we had bought a home before the 2 times we saw her were 2 of the 5 houses we looked at.

I'm not the type to write reviews, but I am so grateful for the help I got from Brittany that a review is more than warranted. She did a great job finding houses that I would be interested in. Every time I wanted to make an offer on a house she was right there with the offer paperwork - evenings, weekends, even while she was on a cruise. After losing bid after bid I was ready to just sign another year's lease and try again next year, but Brittany found a program that not only helped get my bid accepted but wound up saving me $62,000. That's not $62,000 off some nebulous 'potential costs', that's $62,000 paid toward the contracted cost of the house.
I almost wish I needed to buy another house. When I do, I'll be calling Brittany.

Words can not explain my Real Estate Agent. She called me and first asked what were my ideas about the house for me. She asked what were the deal breakers and then she went to work. If I wanted to see a house she had me viewing the house within 24-48 hours. She was honest and always returned my calls and text no matter what time it was. When I settled on a house she turned into my SHERO. She advised me like she always had MY best interest in mine. She is the BEST real Estate Agent without her I doubt I would already be in my home.

Hailey was an amazing asset to is during our home buying process. She quite often went above and beyond for us, driving long distances for video walk throughs, communicating outside of business hours/days, answering all of our questions and making sure we understood every step of the process. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very obliging. Hailey was an absolute pleasure to work with!

Alana was the sweetest and most honest person for us. She was always eager to hear our opinions and would express hers just as equally. She opened our eyes to certain aspects of a home and what we should look for when researching properties and what they have to offer. She was always a phone call away when we had questions and assisted us in making the transition as smooth as possible.
