My agent was not attentive, poorly communicated, or was rarely available for assistance. His attributes were echoed by most of his staff. Amanda was one bright spot in his office, but there was a sharp dropoff in service once I had an accepted offer. He also did not communicate well with the seller's agent, nor did he or anyone from his office even show up to the closing. I would suggest to not recommend him to any other veteran in my area, but with as much as he seems to spend on advertising, that may be difficult as he is on your suggested realtor list. I would then suggest that he would be placed lower on your suggested list.

River was amazing in helping my husband and I find our forever home. She had written up several contracts for us on other homes that were not selected by sellers but the final one was the home we were renting which she helped us acquire. It was truly unfortunate that the seller agent chose to keep 100% of the commission and not split it to provide our agent River with a commission. In the future I think Veterans United should provide guidance and training in the commission section of the VA handbook to agents for situations like these. River was a joy to work with and very professional, I feel she should have gotten paid a commission.

Vicki was amazing. With the market being what it is currently, Vicki was informative as to the nature of housing market and provided quick updated properties with all the information I asked for. Because of her I was able to find my house without problem. Because of her expertise, I was able to make a proper offer that was competitive in today's market.

Our real estate agent was very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout this whole process. She was there when we couldn’t make certain appointments. She was in direct contact with the builder’s realtor. She had a great attitude and very friendly with us. We highly recommend our realtor.

Jody was quick to get things done. During the fast paced market, she never hesitated to agree to meet up to view and make an offer on a home, all while having the paperwork in hand. She had events going on in her life, and still ensured that we were taken care of. Amazing agent, wonderful person.
