I was searching for a home in a very, very competitive market, and relied heavily on her expertise in knowing how to make the right offer for purchase price and structuring attractive offers. I bid on three houses, with the third resulting in acceptance. Not only was my agent an expert in her field, she was truly vested in my success in finding the right home for my family.

Our real estate agent Bridget Lane, was very helpful through the process. She was very knowlegeable and answered any questions we had. She kept in contact with us and helped us with any issues that arose. When issues did arise she gave great advise. We lived out of state and purchased a new build, she provided pictures to allow us to see the progress.
