She was overall a good agent. She was good at communicating with me and I appreciated her willingness to explain things to me as a first time home buyer. The only complaint would be she was very eager to increase my offer on the house I ultimately got. I had to be very firm with her to keep from offering more money and to rather to use other incentives for the seller in order to make my offer more desirable.

Not enough good could be said of Cyleste! She was a blessing. My wife and family absolutely love her. She truly worked to help us get the right home for us. She didn’t pressure us or cause us to settle. Would not have wanted to go through this without someone like her.
