Tried to talk us into something we didn't want and didn't listen to what we were saying when we said an HOA was a deal breaker. The houses we looked at we found ourselves. She is what I would describe as a people pleaser and seemed to flip flop. when things went wrong, and boy did they go wrong, she didn't have our back. Sellers didn't clean and waited until an hour before closing to move things out and she did nothing.

Jo-Ann Frazho is the best. She is no longer just an agent, she is family. I was in Hawaii when I bought the home and everything I did was sight unseen. She made it possible. Regardless of the timezone, she made herself accessible and everything turned out to be a success. I could not imagine buying a home in the future without her.

Heather was incredible, nothing about her that I would change as an agent. She didn't push us over our limit, heard us out on all our wants/needs, and worked with us on everything along the way. I only hope to work with an agent of her caliber again in the future, if not her again.

Charles Lacey is top notch. He is very personable and easy to talk to. It seems as if we have known him for a long time. He will even discuss with you on where to get a meal after a day of house shopping.

Kim was awesome we had our doubts at first. But Kim was one step ahead and is very knowledgeable and is someone I have recommended and will continue to recommend to people.
