Real estate agent was easy to reach and quick to reply my messages. Helped speed up the process when she felt incoming delays. Video chatted to show house which was a great complement, especially being out of state.

Overall would recommend she did say kitchen appliances were staying but ended up not have a fridge even though we asked about them staying. Overall amazing work

She was great!! My only concern I have is she was never available to go out for showings or open houses on weekends. This caused me to miss out on other homes I was interested in.

With all do respect I talked to her a couple times but I never seen her. She introduced me to the builders consultant at the beginning and that was it.

I rated Veterans united a 8 because if the realtor that I was provided. After I signed the letter from the realtor stating that I would use him as my realtor. That’s when the nightmare took place he made for a very unpleasant home buying experience and I am still upset about his behavior today. A few days after I signed. The contract for for my the new home I was having second thoughts due to the amount of windows that I did not notice at first something I should have paid attention to but I didn’t, until I got home and looked at the photos. I called the realtor and politely stated that I was having second thoughts about the property due to my PTSD and the window situation. Well get started acting irate yelling and screaming at me saying DID you read the contract! You can’t get out of it now !!! He was aware of my PTSD and told me he has dealt with people like me??? At this point I got if the phone with him and he continued to call me several times over and over and over again!! At this point I had who no further contact with this nut!!! So I didn’t hear from him until a week from closing, via a group email with My builder and VU. He expressed His need to be kept in the loop and I told him basically not my exact words. But your fired your check is in the email. I’m sure you can find the email. After that he sends his bill via group email to all of us in the email stating that he would be at my closing!!! Ugh no! I told him no you want be at my closing and to stop all communication with me!!! If he had shown up at my closing that would have been grounds ti call the police for his harassing behavior. He should never be referred to anyone especially single women.

Truly cannot say enough things about our VUR Agent Brooke McCarty and her team. They made our home buying experience the positive and enjoyable experience it was. Brooke and her team where accessible 24/7. Made sure that we could
view properties before they were publicly listed on the MLS which made our home buying process smooth and seamless. We credit Brooke for being able to close on our home as quickly as we did. She pulled strings to secure specialty inspections for us & really advocated on our behalf to get the best price.

Heather treated me like family. When I couldn't get any response from Barb for almost 6 weeks and then the week i was to close Barb finally admitted to Heather that she forgot about me and was requiring i jump thru hoops for her. Heather stepped up and relieved my stress caused by Barb. This happened several times. I was ready to walk away.. But Heather "held my hand" and got me through the process. I will recommend Heather Law to everyone I meet!!

Tom Lillie was very personable. I am very skeptical by nature, but having a fellow veteran as an agent provided immediate comfort. His office provided new listing updates every day. He always returned my calls when he became available and went out of his way to ensure the process was always moving forward. When the home inspections were running late he cleared his calendar to ensure the inspection could be completed.Thank you Tom!

Carmela was fantastic and I truthfully do not have a single negative thing to say, all the negative things I would have expected from a real estate agent I NEVER saw it wit Carmela. She knew what we were looking for, how much to offer worked extremely late to place offers and was willing to do virtual tour for I could not be there. Thank you for everything. Highly recommend to anyone
