Julie was such a pleasure to work with. We were able to very quickly find a home and make an offer in this very fast paced market. Julie worked tirelessly with the sellers agent to negotiate repairs and closing costs. Our property value came under our contract price after a faulty appraisal and Julie was able to help me successfully complete a reconsideration of value and increased our value 15k! We were still able to have repairs and closing costs included, under our contact price due to her amazing negotiation skills!

Cal was very timely and helpful starting at searching for the house through closing day. He was amazing to work with and definitely made the house hunt seem less intimidating even in today’s market. He was also very accommodating with doing most of the house hunt virtually since we were moving states. He would go in person to do virtual tours with us to ensure the pictures matched the house. He was overly amazing through out the process and would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking to move to the savannah area.

My Realtor (Kristi) gave me professional service and advice, when it came down to all the inspections, title companies, etc., she gave good trustworthy sources. It was a pleasure working with her and the team at KNE realty. I'll be requesting their services in the future for any future realty needs, and I'm recommending them to all my friends.
This isn't my first home by the way, much better than any realtor I've dealt with in the past.
