Gina White and Kim Ginevan were very responsive to our needs in delivering a home in 2 weeks. They worked a miracle on short notice and were with us every step of the way explaining, reassuring and answering our questions. Additionally, Kim made us the priority due to our short notice circumstance where our landlord gave us 45 days to move out. Within that time of 45 days, we were able to have an offer accepted and close on a loan. We had struggled the first two weeks due to the "sellers market" which made it extremely difficult for us to compete due to our "cash issues." However, Kim was steadfast that we would make our deadline and close throughout the process. She rose above our frustration from the bidding process and we eventually found light at the end of the narrow tunnel. My wife and I are extremely happy with our "new" home and area where we live. Kim did a great job under extreme pressure to get a fair offer accepted in the short time frame and meet the closing objectives before the end of the month. My wife and I will always be grateful for the time, resources, and patience shown by Kim.

We started working with Sean, Re/Max Coast and Country in Mystic CT around mid-March 2022 looking for a home in CT while living in Annapolis, MD. This is our 4th home purchase but this time all our viewings were done virtual. We were unsure how this would turn out, but I would say Sean exceeded our expectation. We received daily posting and he was on top of getting us viewing to the ones we liked in a timely manner.Sean assisted us through the entire process, viewings, contract, home inspection, appraisal, worked closely with my mortgage company during underwriting and much more. His timely response to text messages, emails and phone calls allowed us to not worry things were getting done. He is a true professional and I would recommend Sean for your real estate needs.

I can't say enough great things about Johnathan. Great guy and explained everything very well. Made it easy to understand from start to finish. He took our needs and wants in a house and exceeded all expectations! He was so responsive and quick to answer any and all questions we did or didn't have. As first time homebuyers we were unsure of how things worked and he explained in detail what everything was. We are so thankful for Johnathan and all he has done for us. You can see how passionate he is about his job and how much he cares about each of his clients.

Lauren Rodriguez was just fabulous to work with. I met with Lauren and she showed me many homes in the short time I was in Florida. After I left she ontinued to stay in contact on a daily basis sending me u omes that fit my requirements. She would view the homes, take a video then do a video chat for me to see. She was available 24/7 for whatever questions and concerns I may have had with doing a cross country purchase. I look forward to seeing Lauren again when I finally walk into mm y new home for the first time.

Irv Tourellette was absolutely amazing through the home buying experience. From the initial call to closing Irv was there every step of the way.
It's really challenging moving from one coast (California) to the other coast (Florida). Irv made this transition as smooth as possible. He checked in with me regularly both as a Customer and as a friend. I now consider Irv a close personal friend and neighbor. We bought a house in the same neighborhood. Again, top notch personnel with stellar service.

I have worked with other realtors before and one of the issues I had was unnecessary small talk and some come off as trying too hard. I’m an introvert so it was cringy to work with such realtors. Edward Smith was the complete opposite. It was straight to the point and business and that’s all I wanted. I appreciated that very much!
