My real estate agent, Michael, walked me through the home inspection, pest inspection, earnest money, home buying process, expected repairs or issues that the inspector found and checked and rechecked all paperwork along with the property. Michael provided guidance for making an offer on the home, understanding how much I wanted the property, stayed within my limitations of budget, navigated a timely response and other conditional offers with the seller/realtor. Michael went above and beyond what I expected. Other friends of mine stated that the home buying process would be painful. I thought this process was painless and a well oiled machine with Michael. The experience was smooth from start to finish with both real estate agents and Veterans United Home Loans representatives.
