Allison Hicks took several days off work throughout the work week at random times with zero notice. Those days I was given the explanation of, “I just don’t want to work today”. In addition, she was typically intoxicated by 1900 resulting in an inability to contact her until 1100-1300.

He made himself available to us at any time to answer any question no matter how trivial. He really explained the purchasing process well and was diligent, organized, and extremely efficient. Hands down the nicest man I’ve met in Florida. Mr. Bey Atmaca worked so hard trying to find me what I was looking for in a house. We literally went through dozens of house. He never seemed rushed or preoccupied while in my presence. He made sure it was my decision on liking the property. Very humble and well mannered human being. Jim is awesome. This market is fierce and he was able to help advise us on the best offer to present to get the house we loved. We had a limited amount of time to look in person, and he took a week with us to see many many houses. Ultimately he helped us find the right one, and present a strong offer. Always there when I had a question and made sure that everything was done on time. Even If he didn't know the answer, he would go out of his way to help find someone who did know. He was there in every email with updates and never failed to help explain a situation that I did not understand. I would highly recommend.
