Sheila was absolutely amazing! She navigated us through the offer and ensured we would win the bidding without letting us be taken advantage of due to market conditions. She was in our current home within 72 hours advising us of how to set it up, what price point would bring the best results, and made sure we had realistic expectations of the process. She was very supportive, always available and looked out for our best interests at all times. She had no problem pushing back against unrealistic demands of the opposing agent, and had the same candor when we were being stubborn or being emotional. Sheila was the perfect fit for us. Sheila was not only our realtor, she was our coach. She is knowledgeable and experienced, but the biggest thing is she cares about the people involved, not just the property on a map. I own a business, and I deal with realtors all the time, so I thought I knew what I should expect....... Sheila Doney shattered my expectations, exceeding them at every step. She is clearly a cut above her competition. It is in Veterans United's best interest to put as many clients in her hands as possible.

Gregory Chaplain was a phenomenal agent. I definitely felt he had my best interest at hand through this entire process. I gave him my likes, dislikes and places I would be open to compromises. I believe he emailed me a total of about 6 listings in the first 2 days, I went through them and there was no joy there. Greg called me a day later with a property suggestion and it checked off everything that I was looking for. We were under contract the very next week. Greg is a really good man, I thank him for all he has done for my daughter and I.

AJ Long was the real estate agent I worked with. I believe at some point on all days he communicated with me about whatever was happening throughout the home buying process. He sent daily listing of available home based on my buyer profile. He arranged for specific tasks such as inspections/termites, etc. He communicated between the seller's agent/sellers and me. Overall, he performed in a professional manner and was very easily assessable the entire time he worked with me.

Oh my gosh. How can I say this? Steve was there when we needed him. Working with him was like working with an old friend. He was easy to talk to, because he heard our concerns and wants and needs. Then, he found a way to make our dream home come true! We can not thank you enough.

My real estate agent did everything smoothly, I could get in contact with her at anytime and when I needed to sign paperwork she would get in contacted with me right away so that there was no delays in buying the house
