She was poor at communicating, offers were not submitted but she would cover it up and say we were the backups. she failed to inform us that the closing was pushed a day knowing that we have a 13 hour and resulting in us paying for another night in a hotel.

Maria Woodall and Susan Sheets were AMAZING. They would absolutely talk us out a bad place if we were acting unknowingly against our interest. They were finding us gems left and right and giving us the honest and behind-the-scenes info that sellers may not have wanted to advertise. They were a great team and together would answer phone calls morning, noon, and night. And some of our questions and concerns felt SUPER dumb or clueless and they helped through everything. They were putting MILES on their cars driving all across the coast just based on the littlest interest or curiosity we had in any property. Maria worked through knee surgery and even did a walkthrough while USING A WALKER. Both of them went to bat for us against builders, sellers, and sales people and I always had the impression that they were on our side. They wouldn’t let builders get anything by on us, or let any sellers try to hide any flaws with their selective home photography (because we did all viewings virtual with Susan driving EVERYWHERE and facetimeing EVERYTHING to us). They even walked and watched our dog while we dealt with closing or walkthroughs after we arrived in town. They kept our child company and we’re great to work with. I know would do the same for anyone buying OR selling.

Angela was a true blessing. We were originally paired with an agent that plainly wasn't there fir us. Angela called us, met us shortly after and stayed in contact through the end! Definitely recommend her!
