Corey Zuker was a much needed breath of fresh air in this process. The first relator I was given, Kimberly Kelly of Re/Max was bad. She literally made me feel like I was wasting her time by asking her to look at properties with me. When I reached out to the team at Veterans United they got rid of her and hooked me up with Corey. Corey was motivated and transparent from day one. He was always up for looking at as many properties as we could get on the schedule. He made it possible for me to see every single property that we could get into. He was responsive and very attentive to detail. He caught things that I would have never caught when looking at properties. He provided invaluable sound advice when making assessments for good offers. He made sure that the team at Veterans United was in the loop and stayed positive and motivated when I lost the bid on a home. As the old saying goes, teamwork makes the dream work and Cory was an extremely valuable member of this team. I can honestly say that Corey helped make home buying possible for me. The team I had was the team I needed and I will forever be grateful that the stars aligned and we got the chance to work with one another. I trust Cory and consider him a friend. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a home in Ohio. Thank you Corey for your help!

Wayne is an incredible realtor! He informed me quickly if a home qualified for a VA loan, and I asked a lot, sometimes three a day, yet he still answered in a quick and professional manner. When I finally found the home I wanted, he jumped right on it and explained every step in detail, submitting an offer the very next day. If not for Wayne, I think I would still be looking for a home!

Jeremy and Michelle are both amazing agents and would highly recommend them to my friends and family. They went above and beyond the light the process and pulled through. Both agents communicated everyday if not twice a day with me to make sure I am aware of what’s happening in the process. 10/10 would use the real estate agents again.
