We were looking at homes from across the country and as we found homes to consider, he did walk-throughs, video walk-throughs and gave us his Honest opinion, to ensure our home buying experience was pleasant and successful. His knowledge of the process made it easy for us to complete all the paperwork from a distance so that we were ready to close on time. When we did the final walk-through, he made sure everything worked and nothing leaked which was just one more highlight to ensure we would not experience buyer's remorse with broken things.

Keith was incredible. I went into the experience with a wariness derived from years of movie portrayals and cliches. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Keith was extremely down to earth, friendly, and contained a wealth of knowledge that astounded me. Throughout the whole experience he always had my best interests in mind and never once pressured me into buying when I felt it wasn't the the right house. After working with him for almost 4 months I almost feel like I'm losing a friend. If I ever need another realtor for the Triangle area, Keith will absolutely be the one I call and the one I will recommend to others.

Y'all recommended Peter Boettcher to me and I could not have been happier with his service.
