Leann Hook is a sweet lady and very hard working. She was extremely patient with the house search and met me at every house I wanted to see.
I would suggest that a more personalized search could be possible on MLS to avoid time waste and seeing so many houses.
Another challenge was the "coming soon" listed which would go under contract before we could even get a chance to look at them.

There are times when you just don’t know the right words to convey such gratitude and thanks for someone. Hannah Scott hands down made the process of my first home purchase bar none the best and the most easiest experience that could ever be. From first meet, I was impressed with her depth of knowledge and experience in the home buying arena.Hannah and I spoke where time flew by unnoticed. By the end of our first meet, Hannah understood what my concerns were, my budget constraints, and what I needed for myself and my family. Hannah did not make any promises that she couldn’t deliver. Hannah did not let time nor distance get in the way of helping me to find, make an offer on a home, and the final closing that was more than 60 miles from where I live.She understood the limited amount of inventory available, the relative cost of homes, and what it takes to make home ownership a dream come true. Her and the team from Veterans United ran a well oiled machine and were in constant communication about what was needed and deadlines looming. I never missed one and only had to supply the information needed and they took care of the rest. Hannah and Veterans United team were very easy to connect with no matter when I wanted to give them information, had questions, or inquiring about a plethora of services offered to me.One quick word about Veterans United, it comes with a concierge service that proved to be worth its wait in gold.I can’t speak for your buying experience; I just know that mine was top notched. I would refer Hannah Scott to everyone I know buying a home or even just thinking about purchasing one. She is hungry, highly motivated, ready to help from the beginning of the process to the very end. If you’re looking for mediocre services or agents; you WON’T find that here. If you’re looking for an agent that is absolutely phenomenal: she is IT!Thank you Hannah, you’re simply the best! There is no one that works harder than you!

Coming from a couple who literally knew nothing about buying a house, Anastasia made buying our first home a breeze!We were connected to Anastasia through our VA loan officer. She was recommended because of her reputation of experience/knowledge dealing with the VA. Prior to meeting her, I felt overwhelmed and intimidated on the home buying process. She was incredibly patient and knew how to break down the whole home buying process with ease.Any house that we wanted to take a look at, she was able to set up a viewing and coach us throughout. She had no problem giving us the low down and honest opinions on houses we looked at. I never felt pressured or "persuaded" into liking a house. Instead, it felt like she genuinely was invested in finding a home that fit all our needs. Luckily, we found "the one" on the first day of looking at houses!Naturally we had a million questions along the way. She guided us with putting in an offer (which got accepted first try thanks to her advice), negotiation/coordination through escrow and closing. Her communication was on point and I never felt lost or confused along the way.All in all, Anastasia was ON POINT! Would without a doubt recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell.

There are not enough words to describe Latisha. She is such a joy to have working with you. She lets you know that you are her priority. It is a blessing to know that when a question or concern arises, she will not only address the issue but help resolve it.
Latisha remained consistent throughout this process, and assured us that if we weren't satisfied, she wasn't satisfied. Anything that needed addressing whether it was any documentation or just researching information for us, it was done with the upmost attention and care. Latisha went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of to the fullest.

Haskins realtor’s company,Sandi and Matti made our home purchase one of the greatest experience my wife could have had, they welcome us with open hands. We were made to feel like family and we’re still family they just didn’t sell and forget.

James Craven was awesome. He was honest with me about the whole process, made sure that the homes I was looking at would be a good fit for me within my budget and a home in good condition.
