Jim Mackey was the one we dealt with the most as far as showings and picking his brain on things to consider when buying a home. Jim is the Gold Standard of real estate agents, he has a vast knowledge of the real estate business and in only a few minutes of meeting him I was put at ease and my anxiety vanished. While having discussions on what to consider in buying a home I mentioned to him I was worried I was going to make a mistake but he calmly looked at me and said "I won't let you make a mistake". Jim was one of the first people I reached out to when we got our keys to our new home and I thanked hime for being so helpful and I told him he was made for that job. Trish is amazing! She got things rolling and went beyond to make sure things got done including any requests or questions I had. She also kept things calm cool and collected when issues arose and negotiated amazingly with the sellers to get me the best terms in the offer and when I was under contract. She is amazing and really good at her job! J highly recommend her and would love to work with her again in the future.
