Our agent could have done more to make sure we got a move in ready house. I trusted her to guide me in choosing the right house without actually walking through. I feel she missed several things in the house we ultimately ended up purchasing. A little more effort on her part and she could have advised us on what to expect when we finally arrived to our new home.
