How did we get so lucky to have been paired with such an awesome team with Veterans United to a realtor in their network? Charmia Martin of ERA Ivy League Realty here in Columbus has been another blessing. She has been so patient, walked us through easy step of the process, and allowed us to make the decisions. We valued her as a realtor! She’s a true assets to her brokerage and veterans United. She is proficient in every aspect, knowledgeable about the market, communities and her communication is outstanding. She along with her team member Tory have not only earned our trust as we walked through this process but they have earned our highest recommendation!! Ralph was eager to help me find the home of my dreams. Not being familiar with the area, I relied on his knowledge of communities. Poor guy must have driven thousands of miles with me over the course of 3 months. He never made me feel like I was wasting his time which alleviated some of the stress on my part. This isn't a ding on him since I think it's a real estate-ism, but I wish there was more accessibility to flow information between the seller and the buyer.

Our real estate agent was Kaleb White. Kaleb was extremely professional, and knowledgable! He understood the housing market and stayed consistent with hustle and tenacity through this entire process! He was very honest and he had a very engaging personality which made him very easy to talk to about our wants and needs in a home and his attention to detail is what assisted in helping us find the perfect home for our family!

Most amazing realtor we have ever dealt with and we have had quite a few. Will always reccomend this man to anyone for any type of loan but especially for any verteran home loans. Alot of realtors give people a hard time when trying to buy a home with a veteran home loan. But Jim Amy made it happen and he was very helpful and we couldn't of asked for any better of a agent to help with this process.
