We started out shaky, but again, after we meet and walked the property together my anxiety showing went away. Which incidentally she had nothing to do with the compounded uncontrollable urges that had encompassed all around me. Nor was it the buying experience. It was my private life unfolding and the pain and hurt of family that was constantly agonizing my inability to do something against all odds of success. It even pushed me harder to find solutions to my demilmia. We make a lot out of things we don't understand, but it has a way to all work out without too much hardship on the reasons why we do what we do and the price that it has when it has a commonality of the good versus the bad.

I had to check in with him to get progress otherwise I wouldn’t hear from him for days. I feel like I was misguided at multiple times.

Crystal was nothing short of wonderful. Moving in general is stressful, but buying a home and moving cross-country and everything that entails purchasing home and uprooting is a different level of stress. Not once did we feel like the stress was too much with Crystal on our team. Crystal was absolutely on top of everything. Should we ever need to work with another realtor in a different state, they will be held to a standard of perfection after having worked with Crystal. She was hands-down purely incredible and a joy to work with. Any military families being stationed in New Orleans or surrounding areas will definitely hear from us who to go to!

Mr. Mike Brunson was outstanding. He understood my dilemma, and he acted accordingly. Every time I wanted to see a house, he was ready and available. Gave me great advice on the good and bad things to look for concerning searching for a house.
I was stricken with COVID-19, Mr. Mike encouraged me and told me not to give up. After that, I was becoming worried about not finding anything. But Mr. Mike spotted a previous house we looked at and ask me would I revisit. That was best decision made, and I am now living in that particular house. Awesome job Mr. Mike!!!

I would like to note we had two real estate agents. Heather Hall who I would rate as a 1. She did not seem to want to help us at all unless it was on her terms.Brian’s team then placed us with Ashley Sabol when we requested a new agent and she was wonderful! She really went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. Assisted us with finding the perfect home that matched our criteria. She even made sure we knew what to expect for closing and made sure we had everything while she was on vacation.
