The beginning was very smooth and I was able to virtually tour all the houses I was interested in as I was in a different state, but toward the end of closing it was very difficult to get ahold of him and closing was pushed back quite a few times because of tasks and paperwork

We didn't feel as though our real estate agent had our best interests in mind. It felt as though we were rushed through everything. Overall not happy with the real estate agent.

Bob Parsons was terrible. I had to constantly make an effort to reach out to him. I explained in the beginning that this was my first time buying a home and many things were confusing. Additionally, multiple times paperwork on his end was done incorrectly. He had wrong names on contracts, wrong dates, and even closing costs were estimated incorrectly.
A few times, he had me relay messages to the loan team and even to the sellers. After a while I stopped relying on him and went to Molly and Andrew as well as the sellers with my questions. In my opinion he doesn’t deserve the commission. He didn’t have to list the property (the sellers offered it to us exclusively) and he was very little help. I only used him at the recommendation of Veterans United.

Milly Akins was assigned to me by veterans united. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She worked so hard for me even late at night. Even though I was not buying a million dollar house, she treated me like I was. She was very thorough in researching properties and even got the seller of the house we bought, to accept VA even after the sell said she wouldn't consider VA loans. I will be referring her to friends and family for realestate needs.

Ashley Yonker deserves a RAISE!! She really went above and beyond helping us secure a home of our dreams. I had a real estate team behind me, but specifically I was most helped by Eric Bedoya. Eric was a great point of contact every time I had a question and was easy to get ahold of. He had a great sense of humor and I'll always remember some of the crazy houses we looked at together.
