Our Agent or should I say Momma Agent Holly Simpson is more than a agent, we became family through this process. She has been then with and for us over the last past year and 2 months. We knew right off that bat that she was passionate about her job because every listing that we saw she did her due diligents before we went to see anything and she knew what we were looking for so well that she could tell if we were going to like the house even before seeing it. She was is there for us anytime we need her even if it was not about buying a home! It took us a while to find the right home for us but she made the process better because of her hard work and motherly compassion that she has for us! I would recommend her and Sampson Reality to everyone!

Barry Hill is the BEST Real Estate Agent that I have worked with. He worked his daily schedule to assist me in finding my "Forever Home". Barry also helped me streamline my house search. His experiences with Home Inspectors and Pest Control companies in the area. I plan to stay in touch with Barry after this. I would also have him as my next Real Estate Agent, if I need one in the future.

Steve And Tammy Philpot are awesome. They were always available for questions and even though out first house pick didn't quite work out Steve was willing to continue to work with us and helped us find our beautiful home. we will definitely call on Steve and his team again and we will recommend them to friends and family. My Real Estate Agent was phenomenal! Went above and beyond his line of duty to find me the best deal on a home. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn't know the answer to something went out of his way to find out. He was very kind and patient with me being a first time home buyer.

Ashley and Jeremiah were awesome! They made us feel calm and didn’t pressure us into anything. They were always prepared with comps. This is certainly a sellers market, but they still helped us find a great price for under the appraised value!
