Our agent was Terri Gray with Mike High Modern and she was wonderful to work with. She was always flexible and kind as our priorities shifted in the midst of a tough market and she continued to send us homes even as the market started to weigh on our spirits. Ultimately, Terri encouraged us to look at the house we fell in love with, and with her help we were able to make a competitive offer that secured that home. Terri stayed with us the entire way and really made everything easy, understandable, and tranquil - given all of the turbulence of home buying. After we went under contract Terri proved instrumental as we sought inspection objections and she helped us move into our forever home with the credits we needed to make our home pristine. I couldn’t thank Terri enough for the work she did for my and my family.

Michal and Mackenzie at Rach Realty New Hamphire assisted me while I was looking for a home. Michal was my primary agent and Mackenzie filled in for him as needed. She filled in for Michal seemlessly. Michal was absolutely tenacious. Whenever possible, he was available on a moments notice to accompany me at a viewing or open house. One night, he worked on a P and S agreement for me until 3 AM to meet a seller's demands.

Greg was awesome. Greg was always on top of stuff, making sure I completed what I needed to. Greg went out of his way multiple times to ensure me and my family found the home that satisfied our needs. I hope he is still available when I purchase my next home.
